This includes the links for 2257 compliance. as a webmaster i don’t recommend the splash page. You would need to check into state and federal laws in the area where you want to run your business as well as the state your site is hosted in to see if they require splash pages. I’ve never heard of splash pages with the section 2257 link being a requirement. but I do recommend you put it on the bottom of all your pages if you are going to have an adult oriented site.
